Smoothie mit Spinat und Banane



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach (60g)
  • 1 medium banana (120g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (30g)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (16g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (21g)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Glass

Instructions:

  • Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and place it in a blender.
  • Peel the banana and add it to the blender with the spinach.
  • Pour in the unsweetened almond milk.
  • Add the protein powder and almond butter to the blender.
  • If you like your smoothie cold, add a few ice cubes.
  • Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and add honey if you prefer it sweeter.
  • Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy!
