Smoothie mit Spinat und Banane
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach (60g)
- 1 medium banana (120g)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
- 1 scoop protein powder (30g)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (16g)
- 1 tablespoon honey (21g)
- Ice cubes (optional)

- Measuring cups

- Glass
Instructions:
- Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and place it in a blender.
- Peel the banana and add it to the blender with the spinach.
- Pour in the unsweetened almond milk.
- Add the protein powder and almond butter to the blender.
- If you like your smoothie cold, add a few ice cubes.
- Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the smoothie and add honey if you prefer it sweeter.
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy!
