Ingredients:

  • 100g rolled oats
  • 200ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 50g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 15g honey or maple syrup
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 30g Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Saucepan
  • Stirring spoon
  • Measuring cups
  • Bowl

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds and cinnamon (if using).
  • Let it sit for a couple of minutes to thicken.
  • Serve the oatmeal in a bowl, topped with mixed berries, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and Greek yogurt (if using).
