Ingredients:
- 100g rolled oats
- 200ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- 50g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 15g honey or maple syrup
- 10g chia seeds
- 30g Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds and cinnamon (if using).
- Let it sit for a couple of minutes to thicken.
- Serve the oatmeal in a bowl, topped with mixed berries, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and Greek yogurt (if using).
