Ingredients:
- 600g white fish fillet (e.g., cod or haddock)
- 300g asparagus
- 200g boiled potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Wash and trim the asparagus, then place it on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- While the asparagus is roasting, season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- In a skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the fish fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- Once the asparagus is done, remove it from the oven and serve it alongside the fish and boiled potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
